Yes, but like everything, Where´s the dark side?
One of the funniest, most upbeat evenings of my life driving back from the office through these same Friday night celebrations, windows down and music up loud. It took over an hour to crawl to the city center and all the way was dancing, flags, music and the BEEPBEEP … took me back to Istanbul and the joyously noisy celebrations of every football win in the same style … I love these pictures and the way they capture the sheer good humor that seemed to reign for a day. There’s something very cool about a whole city piling out on the streets in a big communal celebration. Even if it does make it impossible to drive anywhere for the night.
